The video was posted by @carrinton44. According to the pastor, the estate is known as Makarios and it is located in Lagos. While explaining the peace of mind that would come for those who may buy a piece of the estate, the pastor said he suffered a loss in the UK as the land his church was built on was taken away in 2012.

Pastor Ashimolowo recounts losing his church land in UK According to him, the Olympic State was built on the land, and he could not do anything about it. He said: "I, Mathew Ashimolowo, have been the greatest victim of that. It was the land where my church was that was taken for Olympic Stadium, 2012. I couldn't override the government of the United Kingdom. I'm talking of the United Kingdom. The Oylympic 2012 was in England. It was KICC land. That's where the main bowl sits. Where my preaching ground stands. It was taken."

He noted that with Makarios Estate, the C of O alone cost alone is over N1 billion. "If a person looks at Makarios and he says oh my God, look at the amount. What do you want? A land which you cannot rest? Which every time a call comes from Lagos your mind is not at peace? Or the one which you know that if they have no approval, they won't be doing what they are doing."

The pastor said the mechanical, plumbing and electrical works in the estate cost up to N9 billion. His words: "Mechanical, electrical and plumbing of Makarios is costing us N9 billion. Layout for this estate, N120 million. Survey, 2-300 million. C of O, over a billion. And for us to build something that is truly legacy, the foundation is N3 billion. The infrastructure in this estate is running into N10 billion. Makarios is changing the narrative in this corridor."
