Iyabo Ojo Celebrates Newborn Grandson Announces N50k Giveaway for Expectant Mothers and New Mums



Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has announced a special giveaway to celebrate the arrival of her newborn grandson, Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala Rakeem, who was just welcomed by Iyabo's daughter, Priscilla Ojo, and her Tanzanian husband Juma Jux, has already become the centre of the family's celebration Iyabo shared the heart warming news on Instagram, revealing what she will donate to 60 expecting and breastfeeding mothers.

Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo and her newborn grandson, Rakeem, have won hearts via their charitable efforts. Iyabo revealed on her Instagram page that she and her grandson, who is less than a week old, will give 50,000 apiece to 60 lucky expecting mothers and mothers with infants born in 2025. 

Iyabo stated that the act is motivated by love and serves as a token of thanks for expectant women and mothers who will have babies in 2025. In a recent video, Iyabo shared the process she intended to follow for the event, which triggered reactions from her followers.

“I’m excited to announce that, in celebration of my grandson’s arrival, I, Prince Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala, am pleased to announce a special gift from my glamma, Queen Mother, and my humble self,” Iyabo posted on Instagram. “We’ll be giving out ₦50,000 each to 60 lucky expectant mothers and mothers with babies born in 2025. If you’re eligible and interested, kindly drop your account details in the comments under this post. Please note that only genuine accounts will be considered, and fake accounts will not be eligible. This gesture comes from a place of love and as a token of appreciation for expectant mothers and mothers with babies born in 2025.”
