Actor Clem Ohameze has broken his silence amid rumours about him and his family that recently went viral online Rumours trended on social media claiming that the actor was battling a stroke and had been abandoned by his sons Addressing the rumours, the Nollywood actor disclosed that he had reported the rumour monger to the police while crying in the video. Veteran Nollywood actor, Clem Ohameze, has reported a Facebook user identified as Okwulora to the police for attempting to raise funds for him after misinforming the public that he was sick and had been abandoned by his sons. 

The rumour on social media had claimed that Clem opened up about the life-saving bond he shares with his only daughter, adding that she has been his rock since he suffered a stroke. The actor’s sons were said to have abandoned him. Actor Clem Ohameze, who made headlines with his first appearance on social media after a long break, debunked the claim that his sons abandoned him, stating that he does not have three sons. 

Clem questioned the Facebook user for not contacting him to confirm the report. “I have initiated a police case. I have sent his number and name to them. This is a cybercrime. I called my friend who is a director in the DSS. It has cost me a lot to come this far in my life. I will not let an idiot rubbish me just like that for cheap popularity because you want to attract traffic to your page. The other time, it was that I was dead; now it is that I had a stroke. I said this and that, but who did I grant the interview to? Do I have three sons? What nonsense is this? Why don’t you call and reach out to me and confirm? Now, you have succeeded in smearing my name all over the world. I guess he is satisfied. I had to call my children, and fortunately, it was only my daughter who heard about it. Why would people do this to me?” he said.
